About This Role
- Lead and manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers.
- Facilitate project meetings, track status, report updates to management and customers, and ensure conformance to quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience required in a Project Manager role; preference for Pharmaceutical, technical, or SaaS project management experience.
- Knowledge of formal project management methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
- Location requirement: Hybrid role based in Pune with twice a week office attendance.
- Familiarity with SDLC in pharmaceutical/healthcare industries and relevant regulations such as 21CFRPart11 or Computer System Validation is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple projects in fast-paced technical or pharmaceutical environments with cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable with formal project management methodologies and quality management systems.
- Capable of autonomous work in a challenging environment with strong written communication skills and process improvement orientation.
