About This Role
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery management for Speech AI and LLM engineering projects including ASR, TTS, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap tracking, release coordination, and risk/dependency mitigation across multiple cross-functional AI teams.
- Act as liaison between R&D, engineering, product, QA, MLOps, and customer success teams to drive delivery metrics and improve model evaluation and customer feedback integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in software/AI engineering delivery management with strong Agile methodology exposure (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience in sprint planning, execution, backlog prioritization, and release management in fast-paced environments.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, work from office (5 days).
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in relevant field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple AI engineering squads delivering complex AI products involving speech and LLM technologies.
- Strong operational focus on sprint execution, backlog health, and cross-team stakeholder communication including AI research and product leadership.
- Experience working in fast-phase startups or high-growth environments with exposure to AI/ML product delivery and metrics-driven project management.
