About This Role
- Own and develop the product-led growth (PLG) narrative across two AI-powered SaaS products, focusing on user discovery, trials, and upgrades tied to AI features.
- Create high-conversion website content and execute product launch campaigns including positioning, release notes, and customer use cases using Webflow, Figma, and other PLG tools.
- Build and maintain go-to-market assets such as pitch decks, demos, and outbound materials, while monitoring market trends to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of pure Product Marketing Manager experience; explicitly excludes product or program management roles.
- Experience in at least 2 product-led SaaS or startup environments, ideally Seed to Series B stage, with ownership of positioning, launches, and go-to-market execution.
- Proficiency in Webflow, Figma (or Figma Slides), and PLG demo tools (e.g., Product Fruits, Arcade).
- Work Experience Required: 4–6 years in product marketing exclusively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-moving, founder-led PLG SaaS startups focused on AI and creative workflow products.
- Strong visual design judgment with portfolio-level aesthetics equal to or better than www.crop.photo, demonstrating ability to merge visuals and content effectively.
- Skilled in translating complex AI features into clear, conversion-focused messaging centered on ICP pain points and growth loops.
