About This Role
- Manage medium to large-scale Java projects end-to-end including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans covering schedules, budgets, and resource allocation ensuring delivery within timelines and scope.
- Lead project status meetings, stakeholder communications, and optimize project delivery through process improvements and mentorship of junior project managers.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Java and project management, managing medium to large projects.
- Mandatory certifications: PMP or PRINCE2.
- Strong expertise in change management, delivery management (handling accounts > $10M or multiple smaller accounts), risk management, and profitability management.
- Location: Indore, MP, India (onsite requirement implied).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in overseeing complex Java technology projects with business and technology domain knowledge.
- Capable of independently managing resource planning, forecasting, and optimization for global delivery models.
- Skilled in client relationship management with ability to influence at executive level and handle large accounts (> $10M).
