About This Role
- Lead the technical transition from foundational AI research to real-time production for a zero-to-one Generative AI creation engine.
- Build and optimize sub-second 2D/3D asset pipelines and develop specialized foundation language models.
- Design and implement autonomous agentic playtesting harnesses as part of AI/ML product development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years software development experience in programming languages or 1 year if holding an advanced degree.
- Minimum 1 year experience in speech/audio processing, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or other ML specialization.
- At least 1 year experience with ML infrastructure components like model deployment, evaluation, and debugging.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transitioning AI/ML research projects into production systems, especially in Generative AI.
- Skilled in developing complex ML pipelines involving 2D/3D assets and foundation language models.
- Comfortable working in advanced ML fields including speech technology, reinforcement learning, and ML infrastructure optimization.
