About This Role
- Perform data cleaning, validation, exploratory data analysis, and prepare datasets for modeling.
- Develop and tune medium-complexity statistical and machine learning models end-to-end with some supervision.
- Create dashboards/reports and translate analytical results into business insights while supporting senior team members and mentoring juniors.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in data science workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R (pandas, NumPy, sklearn preferred), SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Job location strictly Gurgaon, work from office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in owning end-to-end medium-complexity ML/data projects with model tuning and experimentation.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and mentor junior scientists.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
