About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery for a single scrum team within Ontada's Technology Solutions portfolio ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate all agile ceremonies and lead integrated planning across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management, including release coordination and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous improvement in agile delivery maturity, maintain compliance and governance standards, and communicate delivery status and risks to senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in large scale agile delivery or equivalent consulting roles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent recognized certification required.
- Proven experience managing scrum teams, dependencies, and stakeholders in regulated, fast-paced environments.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Scrum, SAFe, Kanban frameworks, with strong technical understanding of modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, microservices, APIs).
- Capable of influencing and communicating effectively with senior leaders (Directors, VPs) and managing complex delivery timelines and dependencies.
- Operationally focused leader who can autonomously own delivery outcomes while driving continuous improvement and governance adherence in a regulated enterprise setting.
