About This Role
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations including licensing and contract clause reviews.
- Manage coordination with internal/external stakeholders and logistics for timely shipments, including carrier selection and document preparation.
- Classify materials by tariff codes, audit customs entries, and maintain adherence to US and Asia regional export compliance and trade agreements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HTS/ECCN product classification, export/import auditing, and global trade compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and certification in global trade, trade compliance, or logistics.
- Knowledge of US export regulations, import/export customs audit across US, Europe, Asia, and familiarity with Free Trade Agreements and Free Trade Zones.
- Willingness to work in shifts (6am-3pm or 3pm-12am as per business need).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in semiconductor or similar industry with strong understanding of BOMs and technical specs relevant to trade classification.
- Strong analytical skills with detailed orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SAP-GTS and advanced MS Excel; experience with Power Apps and Power BI is a plus.
