About This Role
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture for Modern Workplace technologies including endpoint management, collaboration platforms, identity/access integration, and AI-powered workplace tools.
- Define and drive roadmaps and governance standards for Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, device management, Zero Trust policies, and AI use within the Modern Workplace domain.
- Act as design authority and advisor, collaborating with security and infrastructure teams, supporting implementation, and managing architecture documentation and vendor feature adoption strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience in IT architecture or senior engineering focused on end-user computing/Modern Workplace technologies.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 client management, and identity/access management (Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust).
- Experience with device lifecycle management (Autopilot, provisioning, patch management) and familiarity with collaboration tools architecture (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Fluent English at business level; location remote within Spain, Portugal, or India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced architect with track record of delivering workplace roadmap initiatives in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
- Able to produce clear architecture documentation and communicate technical decisions to diverse stakeholders including non-technical audiences.
- Experienced working in ITIL-based service management and collaborating cross-functionally with security, infrastructure, and service management teams.
