Experience with device lifecycle management (Autopilot, provisioning, patch management) and familiarity with collaboration tools architecture (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Fluent English at business level; location remote within Spain, Portugal, or India.
Experienced architect with track record of delivering workplace roadmap initiatives in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
Able to produce clear architecture documentation and communicate technical decisions to diverse stakeholders including non-technical audiences.
Experienced working in ITIL-based service management and collaborating cross-functionally with security, infrastructure, and service management teams.
