Educational qualification: B.Tech (preferred) OR MBA (Operations/Supply Chain).
Experience in RM/PM and Finished Goods planning within a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP mandatory) and MS Office required.
Experienced in integrated planning covering demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization in manufacturing supply chains with multi-location networks.
Comfortable managing end-to-end planning cycles coordinating with multiple stakeholders across sales, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
Familiarity with S&OP process governance and the ability to analyze planning data, prepare dashboards, and optimize inventory metrics in FMCG or related sectors.
