Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experienced technical leader skilled in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B ecommerce solution architecture and Experience Cloud customizations.
Demonstrated capability in leading Agile delivery teams and collaborating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, DevOps practices (GitHub, Salesforce DX, Azure Pipelines), and integration with enterprise systems.
