Ability to accommodate flexible working hours aligned with international time zones.
Work Experience Required: As specified above based on qualification level.
Experienced in cost accounting within large, process-driven finance environments, comfortable using ERP systems like SAP.
Capable of handling multiple reporting and accounting priorities independently with strong analytical and process improvement focus.
Skilled in collaboration with cross-functional finance teams and audit stakeholders, with clear, proactive communication abilities.
