Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work flexible hours aligned with international time zones.
Experienced in cost accounting and financial reporting within a multinational or large corporate environment with exposure to cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and manage process improvements, including working with automation and data analytics tools.
Comfortable working in a structured environment requiring adherence to formal processes and documentation, with experience in month-end closing and inventory reconciliation activities.
