About This Role
- Lead technical onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for partners reselling and implementing Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
- Architect and optimize scalable contact center solutions using Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS technologies to drive partner deployment success.
- Define and execute technical strategy and enablement roadmap while providing leadership and mentorship to partners and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in solution architecture with at least 5 years focused on contact center technologies including Amazon Connect and Zendesk.
- Proficient in designing solutions using Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS (Lambda, Lex, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
- Candidate must be physically located and willing to work from Karnataka or Maharashtra with a hybrid onsite/remote schedule.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partner technical enablement and co-sell support within contact center technology domains.
- Skilled in technical leadership across multiple stakeholders including partners, internal teams, and vendors.
- Familiar with advanced contact center features like AI-driven automation, omnichannel solutions, and compliance/governance requirements.
