About This Role
- Support business growth for low-voltage (LV) induction motors targeting greenfield and retrofit projects mainly in the Middle East market.
- Provide technical sales support including managing RFQs, coordinating with sales and design teams, preparing techno-commercial offers and quotations.
- Maintain order and revenue databases, and perform win-loss and product portfolio business analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in relevant technical sales or engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics (B.E/B.Tech) required.
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase induction motors, electrical machines, IEC standards especially IEC 60079, and ATEX regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; experience with RFQ handling and costing preparation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in servicing industrial clients focusing on motors and drives in sectors such as O&G, cement, power, metals processing, and heavy machinery (fans, blowers, conveyors).
- Capable of managing technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and complex quotations independently.
- Comfortable working in a regionally focused role (Middle East) coordinating across sales, design, and manufacturing functions.
