Proven ability to lead complex, cross-cultural teams in matrix organizational structures with strong stakeholder influence.
Experienced in managing risk, governance, and operational controls within asset management or related financial services.
Strategic thinker capable of identifying automation opportunities and driving process improvements for service and operational efficiency.
