Proven hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Python; experience with Salesforce CRM, Power Apps/Power Automate, AWS/cloud platforms, and GenAI tools preferred.
Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka with hybrid work flexibility.
Experienced in building advanced dashboards, self-service BI solutions, and analytical tools aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders to convert analytics outcomes into measurable business value.
Familiarity with US Retirement industry or Financial Services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
