Develop and implement GenAI use cases and advanced analytical techniques to simplify data access, automate analysis, and enhance operational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or business analysis.
Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Technology, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
Proven hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Python; experience with Salesforce CRM, Power Apps/Power Automate, AWS/cloud platforms, and GenAI tools preferred.
Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka with hybrid work flexibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building advanced dashboards, self-service BI solutions, and analytical tools aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders to convert analytics outcomes into measurable business value.
Familiarity with US Retirement industry or Financial Services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
