About This Role
- Lead or contribute to large IT outsourcing and sourcing strategy engagements, including assessments, vendor selection, financial modeling, and contract negotiations.
- Support and develop ISG methodologies, tools, thought leadership materials, and practice/IP development to advance client sourcing initiatives.
- Engage with senior leadership and clients to deliver actionable insights through workshops, presentations, benchmarking, and business cases targeting operational improvement and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of consulting experience in outsourcing industry or managing large transformation programs.
- Must have experience in deal advisory, advising on ITO sourcing transactions or managing deals at service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in technical or scientific field is mandatory; advanced degrees (MBA/MS) desirable.
- Travel requirement of 10-20% or as per project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing or leading complex, large-scale outsourcing deals and transformation initiatives with measurable impact on cost and operational efficiency.
- Strong capability in client-facing advisory roles, delivering strategic IT and sourcing solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated skills in integrating digital technologies (e.g., Gen AI, Cloud) into outsourcing strategies and experience with financial modeling and business case development for global outsourced services.
