About This Role
- Deliver Fair Market Valuation (FMV) and fee reasonableness analyses for pharmaceutical supply chain arrangements using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Draft client-ready valuation reports detailing methodology, assumptions, and conclusions, ensuring regulatory compliance and management planning support.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, perform quality control, mentor junior team members, and engage in client communications to clarify scope and findings.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Consulting, Regulatory Compliance, Business Valuation, Equity Research, Market Access, or Clinical Research.
- Foundational knowledge of Life Sciences & Healthcare Industry including supply chain entities and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act).
- Educational qualifications: MBA (preferred Tier 1 or 2), B.Pharma or M.Pharma.
- Location requirement: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurgaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior consultant comfortable handling multiple high-quality deliverables independently within deadlines across pharmaceutical/healthcare valuation and compliance.
- Strong technical capability in valuation methods and regulatory compliance in Life Sciences with knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain dynamics.
- Capable of mentoring junior staff, managing stakeholder communications, and contributing to practice development and quality control.
