About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of consulting professionals delivering EPM Data Integrations services, ensuring project quality and timely execution.
- Mentor team members through regular feedback and career development support, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements in the EPM consulting practice.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience architecting, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM Data Integrations solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite (On-Premise and Cloud), including Data Exchange, FDMEE, SQL, and Groovy scripting.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams in consulting or professional services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in a consulting environment with senior-level responsibility for managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in client engagement and team leadership with ability to drive results in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Familiar with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and project management methodologies (PMP or similar).
