About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions focused on NLP, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Agentic AI systems in the Electrification and Energy domain.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, cloud architects, and business stakeholders to build secure, production-ready AI applications addressing complex industry challenges.
- Implement enterprise-grade, cloud-native, scalable machine learning solutions and AI architectures.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in AI/ML solution development.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- 1–2 years of experience developing Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
- Base location: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with modern NLP and Generative AI technologies like Transformer architectures, LoRA, PEFT, Prompt Engineering, and RAG pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI SDKs, and vector databases.
- Domain experience or interest in Electrification, Energy Automation, Industrial AI, or Smart Infrastructure is preferred.
