About This Role
- Drive and execute key capability building and growth initiatives end-to-end based on business priorities.
- Collaborate across functions to establish best-in-class operational processes and inform business strategy by evaluating market opportunities and product propositions.
- Provide decision support through data analysis and play a foundational role with direct involvement of the founder, progressing towards a leadership position.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree from a Tier 1 institute.
- 0-1 years of execution experience in operational and/or management consulting roles.
- Preferred experience in program management, customer success, or financial services exposure.
- Work Experience Required: 0-1 years as per preferred qualifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building a business from the ground up, preferably with interest in SME lending or Fintech.
- Strong problem structuring and analytical skills with a first-principles thinking approach.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, dynamic startup environment requiring grit, hustle, rapid learning, and adaptability.
