About This Role
- Own full-cycle recruitment focusing on IT/SAP positions, from sourcing to offer and joining.
- Engage with candidates and internal stakeholders including hiring managers to align on requirements and progress.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably with IT/SAP hiring.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Location requirement: Based in or willing to work from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

- Experienced in technology recruitment, particularly in SAP or related technology domains.
- Effective in interpreting job descriptions to shortlist suitable candidates efficiently.
- Capable of coordinating between candidates and multiple internal stakeholders in a structured manner to drive recruitment closure.
