5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation and operational support.
Mandatory experience with IAM tools like SailPoint IIQ/ISC, CyberArk, Delinea, Okta, Ping or equivalent.
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Ruby) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
Experienced IAM engineer capable of managing complex IAM environments including IGA, PAM, and AM platforms with strong technical and operational expertise.
Demonstrates ability to lead incident management and execute automation/continuous improvement initiatives in cyber managed services.
Comfortable working in a regulatory compliance and audit-driven environment supporting enterprise-level clients with cross-functional collaboration.
