About This Role
- Lead contract lifecycle management for technology vendors including tracking obligations, renewals, milestones, and risks.
- Analyze pricing models and vendor commercial performance to support sourcing, negotiations, and vendor transitions.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while mentoring team members and addressing client and stakeholder issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduate degree required.
- 8-14 years of relevant work experience required.
- Proficiency in oral and written English mandatory.
- Experience with IT commercial management, vendor management, or procurement roles required.

- Strong understanding of contracts, pricing structures, sourcing models, and commercial/operational risk identification.
- Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation skills and ability to govern contingent workforce/vendor-based resourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor-related escalations and provide commercial insights in a cross-functional team environment.
