About This Role
- Own end-to-end accuracy and integrity of complex royalty data analyses, reconciliations, payments, and database validation across multiple geographies.
- Lead payout-based projects and operational deliverables, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align outcomes with business and contractual requirements.
- Provide expert operational advice and technical guidance on royalty processing, product structures, payments, and escalate risks or unusual scenarios appropriately.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience in royalty operations, financial operations, publishing, rights administration or comparable complex transaction environment, with preference for publishing/rights/royalties.
- Proven expertise in royalty or financial data analysis, reconciliations, payment processing, database validation, and resolving complex discrepancies.
- Experience leading projects or workstreams involving multiple stakeholders or geographies and providing technical guidance or mentoring to peers.

- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial operations in royalty, publishing, or rights environments with focus on accuracy and audit readiness.
- Demonstrates strong technical leadership through mentoring, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of operational processes and team capabilities.
- Skilled at partnering with business and technology teams to resolve issues sustainably and deliver scalable, compliant financial operations and reporting.
