Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder financial operations in royalty, publishing, or rights environments with focus on accuracy and audit readiness.
Demonstrates strong technical leadership through mentoring, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of operational processes and team capabilities.
Skilled at partnering with business and technology teams to resolve issues sustainably and deliver scalable, compliant financial operations and reporting.
