About This Role
- Support Operations in managing complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Resolve escalated issues using technical expertise and provide subject matter expertise to staff and colleagues on policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal customers and leaders, exercise independent judgment, and interpret compliance requirements within Operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of operations support experience or equivalent via work, training, military, or education.
- Technical expertise in handling escalated operational issues and business support initiatives.
- Experience or knowledge in SWIFT ISO 20022, wire transfers, and ACH is desired.
- Notice period: Immediate joiner preferred.

- Comfortable operating with independent judgment and providing guidance on compliance and procedural matters.
