About This Role
- Review and validate client reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, compliance with timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to manage and resolve reporting issues through root cause analysis and exception management.
- Maintain process documentation and support testing for system upgrades, regulatory changes, and product launches; identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, client reporting, or a related reporting control environment.
- MBA or any professional qualification with Finance as major.
- Strong knowledge of client reporting, fund reporting, investment products, and asset management operations.
- Full-time role with hybrid work model requiring presence in office at least three days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in reviewing client reports, factsheets, and marketing collateral with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operational risks, conduct root cause analysis, and apply effective controls independently.
- Comfortable working across global teams with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
