Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, statistics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, AI/Copilot Studio agents, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps), and SQL for automation and analytics.
Work Experience Required: 8-14 years in relevant external supplier quality and digital/analytics functions.
Experienced in managing digital initiatives within regulated external quality or supplier quality environments and translating quality process requirements into practical technology solutions.
Skilled in both analytical data modeling and in stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of digital tools in complex regulatory settings.
Capable of balancing in-house low-code/no-code solution delivery with effective partnerships with Technology teams for large-scale engineering projects.
