About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations primarily using Tableau and Power BI, supporting multiple business departments.
- Perform data modeling, SQL scripting, and complex calculations to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation and enforce BI governance, standards, and data compliance, while promoting BI adoption across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of professional experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong expertise with Tableau and Power BI, including data blending, advanced calculations, and data source management.
- Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of data modeling concepts such as star/snowflake schemas and ETL pipelines.
- Experience writing business documentation and developing self-service BI tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade BI reporting solutions primarily using Tableau and Power BI.
- Capable of translating complex technical data into clear and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payment ecosystems is a strong advantage though not mandatory.
