About This Role
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python with FastAPI or Flask frameworks.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to implement new features and optimize system performance.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while ensuring code quality and ownership.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience using Python and FastAPI or Flask.
- Proficient in asynchronous programming, REST APIs, web services, and REST API authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with integration of third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Books), databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis, and testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

- Experienced in building scalable, high-performance backend applications in Python.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining engineering rigor.
- Familiar with modern development practices including version control, CI/CD basics, and Agile methodologies.
