About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical architecture spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-20 engineers across multiple projects, driving delivery timelines and quality standards.
- Integrate AI-native tooling into the software development lifecycle and technical roadmap, partnering with business teams to align priorities and manage project risks.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise including React.js, Node.js, backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading teams of 10-20 engineers and managing multiple concurrent projects with timely delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools integrated across the SDLC, and a strategic perspective on AI application within software engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, Apache Kafka, MySQL and NoSQL databases, Cloud (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
