About This Role
- Own and operate SaaS products in production, ensuring reliability and managing incidents with rollbacks and postmortems.
- Design and maintain automation and integration tests for distributed cloud-native systems, emphasizing CI/CD and automated testing.
- Lead operational outcomes with accountability in fast-paced environments using containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and operating SaaS products in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in relevant roles.

- Experienced in managing multiple active versions of SaaS products with strong debugging and reliability improvement skills.
- Comfortable leading operational accountability in high-impact and fast-moving environments.
- Strong background in automation, test frameworks, containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code in cloud-native contexts.
