About This Role
- Support design, implementation, and deployment of conversational AI systems for sales and customer support automation focusing on Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Contribute to development, testing, and iteration of AI agents and chatbot workflows, and integrate LLMs and RAG systems with backend APIs and databases.
- Gain hands-on experience with LLM architectures, model fine-tuning, and integration with real-world AI systems in a collaborative work environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a final year student or recent graduate pursuing or completed B.Tech/B.E or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python with practical experience through academic projects, internships, or personal work.
- Familiarity with LLM concepts like transformers, RAG, or agents; exposure to frameworks such as LangChain or OpenAI API preferred.
- Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has academic or internship project exposure specifically in AI, NLP, or Generative AI domains.
- Comfortable working with modern AI frameworks and understanding of integrating AI models into backend systems.
- Willing to work onsite full-time for a 3-month internship in Mumbai and eager to contribute to pilot projects and innovation in conversational AI.
