About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of functional and automated testing services for small to medium-sized programmes, ensuring quality outcomes and service level adherence.
- Drive automation testing efforts including regression and progression frameworks to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage resource utilization, optimize delivery costs, and engage with stakeholders for transparent reporting and service improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in testing and quality engineering.
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies including Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Waterfall.
- Strong knowledge of test and defect management and telecom domain is required.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing test delivery across multiple programmes and capable of strategic thinking balancing technical and stakeholder needs.
- Familiar with system architecture and telecom domain to drive improvements and adoption of automation/testing tools.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, service delivery management, and process improvement within complex projects.
