About This Role
- Own end-to-end manual and automated testing processes including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript and implement API testing with Playwright and Postman.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams managing test estimations, sprint planning, and integrating testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of manual software testing experience covering functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on automation experience specifically with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience in API testing with Playwright and Postman, and familiarity with automation frameworks implementing Page Object Model and data-driven designs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with proficiency in Jira and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automation testing with solid expertise in Playwright and TypeScript automation.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with responsibilities spanning test planning, estimation, and sprint execution.
- Skilled in building and maintaining reusable automation frameworks and integrating testing practices in continuous delivery environments.
