Define and establish the SRE governance framework and operational model tailored for client's environment.
Assess current operating models, identify gaps, and design a scalable, standardized outcome-oriented SRE operating model including governance, roles, SLOs, incident management, and metrics.
Lead the transition from existing operational model to the proposed SRE-led model, coordinating multiple distributed teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT operations, SRE, DevOps, platform engineering or related fields.
At least 5 years in SRE/DevOps/reliability leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.), Kubernetes/container platforms, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design and implement SRE governance frameworks and target operating models in large or complex organizations.
Strong expertise in incident and problem management, including RCA and integration of ITIL/ITSM processes with SRE practices.
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships including senior client leadership, and in leading service transitions and operational readiness in distributed environments.
