About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise reporting and analytics solutions, including build vs. buy evaluation and multiple POCs.
- Architect and implement robust, high-quality software systems using Java, Angular, and other technologies, driving best practices in SDLC, code quality, and performance.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, manage stakeholder relationships, and promote agile methodologies and automation including GenAI and AI-driven development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and full-stack development.
- Mandatory finance, investment banking, or related domain experience.
- Experience with automated testing, testing frameworks, and agile CI/CD practices.
- Work Experience Required: At least 6 years of relevant experience typically needed for this role.

- Experienced leader accustomed to greenfield projects and enterprise-scale application architecture, preferably in finance or fintech domains.
- Proven ability to integrate AI and automation tools like GenAI, Copilot into software development lifecycle.
