About This Role
- Lead development and implementation of innovative software solutions driving digital transformation with AWS and full stack technologies.
- Manage, mentor, and develop teams ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.
- Own project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while engaging and managing client relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience; specifically 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years hands-on AWS experience.
- Proficiency with Java, Python, JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js).
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito, IAM) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced manager with strategic planning skills and proven ability to lead complex software projects using AWS cloud and microservices architectures.
- Strong expertise in full stack development including backend (Java, Python, Node.js/TypeScript), frontend frameworks, API design, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Familiarity with containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS), application security, cloud governance, and Agile methodologies.
