About This Role
- Develop and maintain backend services for a real-time, high-performance gaming platform.
- Drive operational excellence by improving system KPIs and customer SLAs for distributed multi-tiered systems.
- Collaborate and communicate technical solutions across engineering levels and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years professional experience in Golang and/or Java backend development.
- Strong experience with distributed systems, caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached), and relational databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field/industry experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India at least 3 days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building low-latency, scalable backend systems in real-time environments, preferably in gaming or related domains.
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes.
- Comfortable articulating complex technical challenges and driving operational improvements across teams and stakeholders.
