About This Role
- Lead end-to-end manual and automated testing for web and mobile banking applications, focusing on functional, regression, and API tests.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and scripts using Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Integrate test automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and perform cross-browser and mobile platform testing including backend data validations and telemetry checks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in manual, automation, and API testing of web banking applications.
- Hands-on expertise in Appium, Selenium, Playwright, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Postman, REST Assured, and Swagger for API validation.
- Experience with CI/CD integration, cross-browser testing (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit), and mobile application testing on iOS and Android.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in related QA automation and API testing roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable automation frameworks focused on improving test efficiency and reliability in banking or financial services.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with end-to-end ownership on test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Skilled in combining manual testing expertise with technical automation skills and backend validation using SQL and telemetry tools like Firebase Crashlytics.
