About This Role
- Coordinate and execute quality strategy and automation for Aladdin platforms focusing on Wealth and Asset Management workflows.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites across UI, API, and backend layers using modern frameworks like Playwright and Selenium.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance and accelerate testing cycles including test design, execution, and failure analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (B.E./B.Tech./MCA).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within financial services (Investment Banking or Asset Management).
- Proficient in UI testing and automation frameworks; programming knowledge in TypeScript (preferred), Java, C#, or Go.
- Work Experience Required: At least 4 years in relevant QA roles in financial services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in QA for mission-critical financial systems, especially in Asset Management or Wealth Management domains.
- Strong skillset in automation-first testing practices with expertise in modern test frameworks and AI-enabled quality engineering.
- Ability to own and evolve test framework architecture and contribute to AI-first quality engineering innovations.
