About This Role
- Plan, design, execute, and improve system integration test strategies for end-to-end validation of complex software systems.
- Lead integration testing efforts including automation framework development, test environment management, and root cause analysis of integration issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, product) to align testing with deployment and ensure functional, performance, and security requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years specifically in System Integration Testing or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with integration testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Selenium) and CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Shell).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and executing comprehensive system integration test plans with proficiency in automation and manual testing.
- Skilled at cross-team collaboration for resolving integration issues and improving test processes in an Agile/DevOps environment.
- Familiarity with complex software architectures, including API testing, cloud, and distributed systems, to effectively identify integration risks and mitigate them.
