Lead and mentor the Salesforce QA team, defining and executing QA strategy and test plans across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Manage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Functional, and Smoke Testing, ensuring quality, risk management, and on-time project delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide testing status, quality metrics, and ensure compliance with QA processes and regulatory standards in Healthcare/Life Sciences domain.
8–12+ years of QA/Testing experience with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience leading QA teams and enterprise Salesforce testing engagements.
Availability to work in shifts: either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST or 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST.
Proven expertise operating in regulated environments such as Clinical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences with a strong understanding of QA compliance and risk management.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring QA teams on Salesforce testing with good hands-on knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Playwright).
Experienced working in Agile delivery environments collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.
