About This Role
- Develop and maintain highly scalable, low-latency distributed backend systems using Go and related technologies.
- Own the architecture, design, and operation of microservices including API Gateway, database integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, drive code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and technical goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in GoLang, Java, or Python.
- Experience with Golang, Kubernetes (K8), Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience building microservices, RESTful APIs with monitoring and fault tolerance, and working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB).
- Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, developing, and scaling backend systems for very large scale user bases (hundreds of millions).
- Has hands-on DevOps experience and ownership of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS stack.
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently drive technical solutions and mentor others in a fast-changing environment.
