About This Role
- Lead testing delivery for multiple services and programmes ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with business priorities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, resource optimisation, and test strategy definition across projects and applications.
- Drive quality risk assessment, defect management, and contribute to quality approval decisions before production releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in quality engineering/testing.
- Degree in software engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with telecom domain practices and various delivery models including Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and Waterfall.
- Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, reporting, and service delivery management.

- Experienced in leading quality engineering initiatives in complex, large-scale telecom transformation programmes.
- Strong strategic orientation towards risk-based testing, resource optimisation, and process efficiency.
