About This Role
- Develop and own high-quality automated test frameworks and scripts for platform services based on microservices architecture.
- Perform thorough testing including API automation, UI automation, and identify system vulnerabilities from both user and hacker perspectives.
- Collaborate with development, release, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments, build validation, and configuration management.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years coding experience in one or more of Core Java, C#.NET, or Python.
- 2+ years of test automation experience including developing or enhancing test frameworks.
- Experience with API automation tools (Karate, Rest Assured, Cucumber), UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium), and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP), SCM tools (GitHub, Bitbucket), and various testing strategies (regression, functional, smoke, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working as individual contributor, owning tasks end-to-end with minimal assistance.
- Experience working with scalable, distributed microservices architectures and complex technologies (.NET, Python, Java, SQL Server, Graph DB, SOLR).
- Proactive in adopting new testing tools and AI capabilities to increase automation efficiency and testing quality.
