About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain reusable code for test automation framework components.
- Perform test design, code reviews, and ensure adherence to organizational standards for test automation.
- Collaborate across time zones, manage dependencies and risks, and meet quality and test automation schedule targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering or related field.
- 8 to 12 years experience in testing domain with minimum 5 years in test automation.
- Proficiency in one programming language: C#.NET, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver/Playwright, Web App and Web API automation testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and ISTQB certification or equivalent expertise in Web testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in maintaining and extending test automation framework modules and libraries with strong test design and review skills.
- Capable of performing manual testing alongside automated testing, with good estimation and planning skills.
- Familiar with agile development lifecycle, code quality focus, and working in distributed teams across time zones.
