About This Role
- Own the administration and configuration of Energy Exemplar's Salesforce platform with 100+ users, including user roles, security, workflow rules, and data integrity.
- Analyze Salesforce system usage and structure to recommend and implement optimizations increasing pipeline, customer experience, and ROI.
- Lead training, change management, system audits, data feed integrations (e.g., Netsuite, Hubspot, Docusign), and coordinate new development requests to support business operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator with strong solution creation skills.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201 and ADM 211) mandatory.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Support Cloud, Community Cloud, Knowledge, Lightning and Classic interfaces, report/dashboard building, sandbox development, UAT, and deployment.
- Degree-level education required; fluent English; Work Experience Required: 8+ years Salesforce administration explicitly stated.
