About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and enhancement of Reltio MDM implementation projects including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Oversee implementation of Reltio MDM solutions covering entity modeling, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, data governance, and data quality initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, maintain stakeholder communication, handle project governance, risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 11 to 15 years of total experience with 5+ years in project management for enterprise MDM and Reltio implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Enterprise Data Integration.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid models, Reltio MDM platform, APIs, integration, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with track record managing large-scale Reltio MDM implementations and complex data migration programs.
- Comfortable operating in a cross-functional Agile environment managing diverse technical and business teams and interfacing with stakeholders at all levels.
- Domain expertise in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Banking & Financial Services preferred, indicating strong contextual understanding.
